Manufacturing facilities and equipment are installed in area of 35000 m2 under cranes ranging from 5 tons to 300 tons.

Major Installed Equipment:

- roll forming machine for 50 mm thick and 3000 mm wide plates, at min. diameter of 583 mm
- heat treatment furnaces accomodating diameters up to 6000 mm and lengths up to 23000 mm. Charge capacity is 160 tons with automatic temperature control up to a maximum of 1373 K (1100 oC)
- heat treatment furnaces accomodating diameters up to 4500 mm and lengths up to 13000 mm. Charge capacity is 30 tons with automatic temperature control up to a maximum of 1373 K (1100 oC)
- NC equipment for cutting of carbon and austenitic steels up to 3000 mm width and 12000 mm length. Cutting thicknesses are 250 mm for carbon and 20 mm for austenitic steels.
- Modern equipment for welding and cladding operations on all plate thicknesses and qualities
- Karusel for machining by chip removal up to 7000 mm in diamiter and 4250 mm height
- Induction heat treatment unit for assemmbly joints with automatic temperature control
- Complete equipment for pulling and rolling tubes to tube sheets
