The equipment is designed and developed in the Design
Department of the factory supported by CAD software. For
this purpose our own design programmes are used for complete
thermal, hydrodinamical und mechanical calculations. In
addition, there is also coopretation with some foreign
design organizations.
Depending on the operational and process requirements of
each apparatus, their appropriate components are made of
best quality materials:
Carbon steels, low alloyed, fine grained, Cr-Ni steels, clad
steels, Monel, Inconel, Titanium, etc...

Heat exchangers

Special attention is paid for high-pressure heaters. Thus
three basic tipes have been developed:
- heater with U tubes
- heater with spiral tubes
- heater with manifolds
The heaters with U tubes and those with manifolds can be
either horizontal or vertical design, while the heaters with
spiral tubes can be only in vertical design.
The factory fabricates high pressure heaters for thermal
power plants units up to 500 MW.
Heat exchangers for Oil and Gas Rafining Plants,
Petrochemical, Chemical, and other Processing Industries
The Production Program covers entire range of products
provided by the nomenclature contained in Standards of
Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association (TEMA), e.g.
- heat exchangers with U tubes
- heat exchangers with floating heads
- heat exchangers with fixed tubesheets
- heat exchangers with special high-pressure closure
- kettle type reboilers
- double-pipe heat exchangers
- multitube heat exchangers
- heat exchangers with bayonet types
TAT performs for these heat exchangers the complete thermal,
hydomechanical and mechanical calculations, but the heat
exchangers can also be supplied in accordance with the
Client’s design.
Columns
Basic design provided by the engineering organizations is
used as a basic for designing the columns. Diferent types of
columns are fabricated. The most common are those with trays
and internals and the combination of these two types.
Mechanical calculations are made in accordance with ASME
Code Section VIII, Division 1 and that part of calculation
which refers to seizmics is brought to conformity with
American Uniform Building Code.
On the Client’s request the calculations can be performed
in accordance with other regulations or codes.
The columns are fabricated of carbon steels, low-alloyed,
stainless and clad steels. The materials are in accordance
with ASTM Standard Specifications, but on the Client’s
request it can be fabricated of materials per other standard
specifications.
Reactors
Basic design provided by the engineering organizations is
used as a basic for designing the reactors. Cooperation is
maintened with well known engineering and design
organizations: UOP, KELLOG, FOSTER WHEELER, SNAMPROGETTI,
TECHNIP, PETROLINVEST, etc.
The design documents prepared in the Factory design
departments covers the complete mechanical calculation
together with stress analyses.
Pressure vessels
For many years now, Energoinvest-Termoaparati,d.d. has been
a well nown manufacturer of a wide range of pressure
vessels. Their types differ in both shape and application.
They are widely used in oil and petrochemical industries,
but also in:

autoclaves with agitators, expanders, decanters, extractors,

autoclaves with carriages and bayonet sockets,
