In order to achieve high-level quality and reliable products,
a Quality Assurance system has been established for a rather
long time. Operational methodology and quality starting from
selling through all production stages to the shipment are
defined in the Quality Assurance programe and procedures.
Termoaparati-TAT , manufactures apparatus and equipment according
to the following internationally recognized standards and
regualations: ASME, EN, TEMA, API, AD-MERKBLATTER, LLOYD REGISTER
OF SHIPPING etc.
TAT’s authorisations and certificates are:
- ASME U stamp by American Society of Mechanical
Engineers
- AD 2000-Merkblatt HP0 / TRD 201 / EN 729-3 by RWTÜV

Quality Control being the most important part of Quality
Assurance is based on all known control methods and sophisicated
equipment for destructive and non-destructive testings.
The non-destructive testing personnel have been qualified
in conformity with SNT-TC-1A and EN 473.
Radiographic Testing:
- X – raying test equipment, capacity 150 to 320 kV
from 5 to 13 mA
- Isotopes Ir192 to 370 x 1010 Bq (100 Ci)
- Isotopes Se75 to 185 x 1010 Bq (50 Ci)
Ultrasonic Testing:
- By a number of units (Echograph 1055, USL-32, USM-20, USIP-12)
Surface Defects testing:
- Liquid penetrants and magnetic particle methods.
Pressure Testing:
- with liquid under pressure up to 300 bars
Mechanical Testing:
- Multipurpose machine for statical and dynamical testing
with fixtures for operation at elevated and low temeperatures
- Notched bar impact strength testing machine
- Hardness measurement unit
- Various units for measurement of microhardness, electrolityc
etching,metals wear resistant testing etc.
